About us

Hello. We are Gemma & Donna...   The Earwax Ladies.

We met while working for an NHS ambulance service as a paramedic and emergency medical technician before moving into primary care.

With over 20 years of combined NHS experience, we saw firsthand how funding cuts impacted services, including earwax removal. Many GP practices have limited or stopped offering earwax removal, leaving more people struggling to access treatment.

So, we launched The Earwax Ladies to make ear care more accessible and affordable. Combining our expertise with specialist training, we provide a professional mobile service trying to help fill the gap for this underfunded service which the NHS is not currently able to offer in some areas.
